My ethos is ‘Capturing what others don’t see’. This originated from people telling me I have a good eye for detail. Anyone can look into the world and see what’s in front of them but it's the perspective of the individual and the detail they pay attention to that stands out.
My biggest inspiration is Elliott Erwitt who stated;
‘To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.'
